All payments are non-refundable. The only exceptions are permanent business closure, fire or natural disaster, bankruptcy, or a full legal change of business ownership — all requiring written documentation. If you're unsure whether we're right for you, ask questions before you sign.

Luxx Marketing was built by someone who never left this city — and never stopped believing in the people who built it.

Courtney is a Reno native with a background in accounting at one of the top golf courses in the world, experience in banking and loans, and over two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry — from management to opening her own businesses, including sports bars in this town. She spent 15 years running concessions and built real relationships with the local vendors that make this community run.

She left the corporate world because she saw what was happening. Corporations are moving in. Small businesses are being squeezed out. And most people don't have the tools, the budget, or the visibility to fight back.

That's why Luxx exists. Not to get rich off small businesses — but to give them a real fighting chance in an economy that keeps stacking the deck against them. We are all in this together. And together, we push back.

We will never charge your card automatically. Every renewal is a conscious decision you make. No penalty for walking away.

All services are billed in 30-day blocks. No hidden costs. No surprise fees. What you agree to at signing is exactly what you pay.

Work Starts at Payment
The moment payment clears, work begins. There is no cooling-off period. By submitting payment you confirm you have read and agreed to all terms.

Domain Ownership
Your domain is held by Luxx Marketing until all balances are paid in full. Upon full payment it transfers to you completely.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Washoe County per AAA rules.
Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or early termination. The only qualifying exceptions are: permanent business closure, fire or natural disaster, bankruptcy filing, or a full legal change of business ownership — each requiring written documentation. All decisions rest solely with Luxx Marketing LLC.
